  Friendly staff but the service is very poor and not worth the money you pay for it. I had a revive package. Received a poor half an hour massage, facial and very poor cheap nail polish. Need to either upgrade the quality of their work or reduce the price.

  The ladies are lovely and very good at what they do. The place is generally peaceful and comfortable and smells pleasant. The carpark is normally okay too, not too busy and always seems to be a spot free. The only fall down is that in the waiting room, the peaceful music clashes with whatever they are playing next door at the cafe. You only have a "tea of the day" rather than an option of a few teas like at the other endota spas I go to, and it is often not pregnancy friendly (ie contains caffeine). But once you are out of the waiting room and into he treatment rooms its always lovely and relaxing.

  Poorly run establishment. Booked a Deep Relax massage and paid in advance but was told on the day i had booked the wrong massage and then made to feel i had to take the massage or not get a refund. After arguing with the staff i was allowed to book another day but then when asked for a refund was told the manager could only do that and was not in. Will never go back.

  I had a massage and facial with Jaymee and it was wonderful! Jaymee was so lovely. I will be coming back for another! Thanks Jaymee :-)

  Love this place!! I have been coming here for over a year getting regular facials. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the products amazing. Must go
