  Less than impressed with the quality of flowers from this retailer. The website shows arrangements that are obviously deluxe versions with no mention of this being the case. Was quite shocked to arrive to collect the arrangement and it was significantly smaller than what I thought i was purchasing.

  I placed an order online for delivery the following day. When my family member hadn't mentioned receipt of the flowers I called the following business day to question what had happened. 5 phone calls later over 2 days. I was questioned like for some reason I or the recipient would lie about the delivery, to be told I would receive a call back that did not occur resulting in my follow up calls, for the person I spoke with to tell me the likely scenario was they were delivered to the wrong address with no apology, with no offer to resend the flowers until I asked and to then be questioned in my 5th call why I was being "rude" when 3 days after the original requested date the flowers were still not delivered. I was not rude I was frustrated at the absolute lack of customer service there is a huge difference. I would not recommend this service.

  I received a floral arrangement on 6/1 that was ordered by a friend via the internet. When it arrived the flowers were extremely disappointing and two thirds dead, so I photographed the arrangement and called the florist to let them know of my disappointment. I was told that the owner was away and, if I left my details, she would call me. When I had not heard anything after 4 weeks, I called again, and was told that the owner was not there and they were very busy leading up to Valentines Day, but she would call me. Again, I have heard nothing. Unsurprisingly, I would definitely not recommend buying flowers from this business.

  When I said I wasn't happy the young sales assistant was very rude. In an industry that's centred around customer service and satisfaction it amazes me that business like this are still running. I will never order from this florist again and if you were thinking about using them for a wedding or event I would go elsewhere. The owner when I called to confirm 1 week prior to the event and pay a deposit was very rude and wanted to get me off the phone quickly. I am not one to usually write these reviews however this experience was that unpleasant I felt compelled to.

  Staff are rude- I ordered a floral cake topper for my children's christening and was very specific with what I wanted (I sent through photos) however when I arrived to collect the arrangement the day before the event the arrangement was NOTHING like I had asked for. I didn't have a budget so it wasn't a matter of working within a strict budget for the flowers.

  Very friendly staff and most helpful. The flowers were beautiful. I asked if no one was home could they leave the flowers on the porch, they were left on the porch and in the shade which was very considerate. I will use Eltham Florist again and highly recommend them.
